Jeff Kober (born December 18, 1953) is an American actor, known for his performances on television and film.
Kober was born in Billings, Montana. His appearance in the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode "Charisma" (season 6, November 16, 2004) as Eugene Hoff led to a Golden Globe Award for Mariska Hargitay (Det. Olivia Benson), the first major acting award for any Law & Order series. Jeff Kober is also the author of Art That Pays:The Emerging Artist's Guide To Making A Living along with Adele Slaughter. He also edited a literary work by his acting instructor Candace Silvers called The Shortcut Home. Jeff Kober appeared in the stage productions of J Fof J,Defying Gravity,Poster Of The Cosmos,The Rainmaker,The Moundbuilders,and The Andersonville Trial.
