Sisters Island Group, Tasmania

Sisters Island Group () is an unofficial name applied[1] to a group of three islands off the north end of Flinders Island in the Furneaux Group off the north-east coast of Tasmania. The Sisters Island group consists of:
- Inner Sister Island ()
- Outer Sister Island ()
- Shag Reef()
The term does not appear in Australian place names at Geoscience Australia[2]. The name Sister Islands Conservation Area does appear there and is an official name for the area.
