Inkdawn

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Originally known as "Inkdawn" (original German title: "Tintentod"), "Inkdeath" (original title: "Tintensaat") is a novel by Cornelia Funke. Although no official release date has yet been set, it is widely believed the book will be released some time in 2007 although Funke herself is reported to have said the novel will come out in 2008. It is possible the German edition of the book will be published in late 2007 and an English edition is predicted to be available in Spring 2008.

"Inkdeath" is the third book in the "Inkheart" trilogy. The first book was Inkheart, and the second was Inkspell. Cornelia Funke has also written other books including "The Thief Lord" and "Dragon Rider".

It is speculated that the story will include Farid and Meggie's quest to save Dustfinger the fire-eater while the Adderhead continues his cruel rule over Lombrica. Also speculated that Capricorn and Basta will be saved from the dead by Orpheus.
