Infinity Ward

Infinity Ward, located in Encino, California, is a computer game developer founded by the former employees of 2015, developers of Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. The studio was acquired by Activision in October 2003.



Call of Duty 2 for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system has sold more than one million units in the U.S. alone, according to NPD Funworld. In addition, Call of Duty 2 was the first Xbox 360 title to sell 1 million copies in the US.

The award-winning title was the # 1 best selling game on Xbox 360, Being overtaken only by Gears Of War. It continues to be among the highest rated games for the platform, according to Gamerankings data.
