From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

High School Stories (officially named High School Stories: Scandals, Pranks, and Controversies) is an original program that aired on the MTV network, and featured stories of pranks, scandals, and controversies kids did when they were in high school. MTV usually searched throughout the country, usually using the internet, news reports, etc for finding interesting stories. It currently airs on MTV2 and now MTV.

MTV series

This show visits high-schools all over America, and highlights pranks and controversies from that particular school. Specific examples include:

  • 2 students making a DVD Yearbook, and embedding a clip of a classmate stripping on a trip. They thought they had buried it successfully, but it was uncovered soon after the DVD's were released;
  • A straight-laced, Christian girl in a religious town decides to pretend to be pregnant for a independent project. She padded a bathing suit with foam and wore it under her clothes, adding to it gradually. She began to wear baggy clothing, and eat a lot of food at lunch, and also walk around with her hand on her lower back, and another on her belly. This drew attention, and she had to admit she was faking her pregnancy, but not before rumors spread like wildfire;
  • Students buying hundreds of plastic disposable forks and stabbing them into the grass on the front lawn of their school;
  • An unpopular, overlooked student bringing a stripper to Prom.
