Havant is a borough constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.

The constituency is based around the borough (and town) of Havant in Hampshire. This includes the towns of Waterlooville and Emsworth.

The constituency was preceded by Havant and Waterloo which was also represented by Ian Stewart Lloyd.
