Guy's Big Bite is a Food Network show starring Guy Fieri, the winner of the second season of The Next Food Network Star. The inaugural six-episode season of the series premiered on June 25, 2006.

Food Network has renewed the series for a second season of thirteen new episodes that began airing on January 14, 2007.

Fieri, a resident of Sonoma County, California is a restauranteer with a penchant for fusion and California cuisine, as evidenced by his television series. He is the co-owner of: Tex Wasabi's BBQ and Sushi in downtown Santa Rosa; Russell Ramsay's Chop House, also in Santa Rosa and Johnny Garlic's Pasta Grill in Windsor. He is currently planning to open a second Johnny Garlic's location in Santa Rosa as well.
