Grand Inquisitor (Latin: Inquisitor Generalis) is the lead official of an Inquisition. The most famous Inquisitor General is probably the Spanish Dominican Tomás de Torquemada, who spearheaded the Spanish Inquisition.

"The Grand Inquisitor" is also the name given to a section of The Brothers Karamazov, a literary work by the Russian author and philosopher Fyodor Dostoevsky. The central character of the piece is a Grand Inquisitor who arrests Jesus.
