Gary Marsh is Executive Vice President, Original Programming and Production of Disney ABC Cable Networks Group where he develops and producesof Disney Channel Original Series and Movies. He also produces Playhouse Disney. He also oversees development and production of all original movies for ABC Family and talent and casting operations for ABC Family and Disney Channel.

Marsh joined Disney Channel in July 1988. His job when he joined was Executive Director. He was made Vice President eight months later and in 1994, became Senior Vice President. In 1999, he was promoted to Executive Vice President and in July 2001, assumed the expanded production responsibilities.
