Garnet Moon is the first single from Japanese pop singer Hitomi Shimatani's fifth album, Heart&Symphony, and her seventeenth overall single. It's an upbeat, dark dance track, while the b-side, Inori, is an orchestral ballad. The single was released at the tail end of January and managed to reach #8 on the Oricon charts. When last certified, it had sold roughly 80,893 copies.

Garnet Moon was the theme song for the Playstation 2 game, Another Century's Episode.

  1. Garnet Moon – 4:04
  2. Inori – 6:32
  3. Garnet Moon [Instrumental] [ – 4:04]
  4. Inori [Instrumental] [ – 6:30]

The video for the song takes place in a dimly-lit, underground tunnel. Hitomi is shown walking down the tunnel, wearing boots and a black dress - sometimes alone, sometimes accompanied by a few people. Other shots feature her dancing in front of one of the tunnel walls, wearing a white tank top; and dancing with a large crowd of people in a red-lit area of the tunnel. She is also shown dancing in her black dress and performing a choreographed sequence with many other dancers.
