Games magazine is a United States-based magazine devoted to games and puzzles, and is published by Games Publications, a division of Kappa Publishing Group. Every year in December, Games magazine lists their top 100 favorite games by category. The categories and winners for 2004 and 2005 were as follows:

Games magazine's December buyer's guide also includes a hall of fame for "games that have met or exceeded the highest standards of quality and play value and have been continuously in production for at least 10 years; i.e., classics."[1] This roll includes:
