Flag of the Cayman Islands

The Flag of the Cayman Islands was adopted in 1959. Prior to that, the Islands had used the British flag for all official occasions.
The flag is a Blue Ensign with the Union Flag in the canton, defaced with the Islands' coat of arms. A red ensign of this design is the civil ensign.
The Governor's flag is a Union Flag defaced with the coat of arms.
