Fieldy's Dreams

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Fieldy's Dreams is the rap project by Korn's bassist, Fieldy. His first album Rock'n Roll Gangster was released in 22 Jan 2002. It is especially inspired by gangster rap. Most of the lyrics and music was done by Fieldy himself, with Polar Bear (of Infinite Mass fame) helping out with the rest. It is often an interesting and humorous listen, focussing on topics like marijuana and misogyny. Fieldy has stated that he has given up smoking pot and drinking beer as he got married on the 16th of May 2006.

Fieldy's Dreams didn't meet with commercial success nor was it well received by critics.

Fieldy has often brought up the topic of recording a 2nd Fieldy's Dreams album, but is fully focused on Korn right now. He says that the lyrics this time around will be a lot more serious, more hardcore.
