Doubletree's flagship hotel brand has rapidly expanded in such gateway cities as Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta and Toronto. These properties have upscale accommodations and offer full-service facilities and amenities, including restaurants and lounges, room service, health clubs, business centers and extensive meeting and banquet space. Some hotels feature conference centers.

Doubletree Guest Suites represents the second largest full-service, all-suite brand in the world. Every property offers one- and two-bedroom suites with separate living rooms and private baths. Doubletree Guest Suites are located in and around major cities.

Located in vacation destination markets, Doubletree Resorts provide at least two types of recreational facilities, such as golf, tennis, snorkeling and spa facilities.

A slightly lower-priced brand.

In 2006 Doubletree Hotels began using Dinah Washington's Relax Max song in one of their television commercials.[citation needed]

Doubletree Hotels, Suites, Resorts and Clubs present a chocolate chip cookie to each guest at check-in. Synonymous with Doubletree hospitality, the cookie has been used to differentiate the Doubletree hotel brand from its competition.

Doubletree gives out approximately 29,000 chocolate chip cookies each day, and a total of over 125,000,000. Each cookie weighs a 2½ ounces and has an average of 20 chocolate chips. In June 2002, Doubletree gave its 100,000,000th cookie.
