Ms. Diane Choksondik was a fictional character in the animated series South Park. She was the boys' new teacher after they started fourth grade and was voiced by Trey Parker. Her surname is a play on the phrase "chokes on dick".

Ms. Choksondik is famous for her distinctive appearance; she has extremely exaggerated saggy breasts, is overweight, and has a drifting lazy eye. She also does not wear a bra, and when she lifts her arm up, her shirt has a habit of going up with it and revealing the bottom few inches of her breasts. Her face also has a mild resemblance to that of former Attorney General Janet Reno.

Ms. Choksondik confessed to being a virgin to Mr. Mackey, the school counsellor, and they had sexual intercourse.

The episode Professor Chaos ended on a cliffhanger saying someone would die, in a parody of cliffhanger endings, and it was revealed during this gag that Ms. Choksondik had died.

In the episode Simpsons Already Did It, the boys revealed they put some of their Sea People in her coffee. When she died soon after, they became horrified that their prank had killed her. Later, the news said that large amounts of semen had been found in her stomach (which the boys heard as "Sea-Men," furthering their terror), and they went to great lengths to hide their apparent role in her death, until Chef explained that Ms. Choksondik must have died from something else.

The fact that she died with semen in her stomach (it was eventually confirmed to be Mr. Mackey's) implies that she actually "choked on dick," though the semen was said not to be related to her death.

After her death the boys got off from school for two weeks to "deal with" her death, and then were taught for a short time by Mr. Mackey before Herbert Garrison got the role.

Ms. Choksondik makes a cameo in I'm a Little Bit Country in the back of a crowd.

• Simpsons Already Did It- The boys believe that their brine shrimp in Ms. Choksondik's coffee killed her. Her corpse is seen.

• Ms. Choksondik is from Denver.

• In an apparent play on the way children sometimes make fun of their teachers' names, the boys usually miss the obvious joke of Ms. Choksondik's unusual surname, calling her Ms. Makes-Me-Sick (Fourth Grade) or Ms. Chokes-On-Rocks (How to Eat with Your Butt). However, in "The Death Camp of Tolerance", they laughed at her name, implying that they might have finally gotten the joke.

• In Fourth Grade she was followed by kittens trying to obtain milk from her huge, sagging breasts.

• Ms. Choksondik was a virgin until Proper Condom Use.

• Ms. Choksondik, although killed off in a previous episode, was seen in the background in the show's 100th episode I'm a Little Bit Country.

• In the Japanese dub of the series, Ms. Choksondik is voiced by Kenji Nomura.
