David Simpson (born 1959) is a Democratic Unionist politician in the United Kingdom.

He has been the Member of Parliament for Upper Bann since the 2005 general election when he defeated Ulster Unionist Party leader David Trimble.

He is also a Member of the Legislative Assembly for the same seat and a former Mayor of Craigavon Borough Council which lies within the constituency.
