The Dacia Solenza was a small hatchback produced by Dacia of Romania from 2003 to 2005. The Solenza was a reshaped version of the Dacia SuperNova, which in turn was an improved version of the Dacia Nova, which was just similar to the Peugeot 309 design that Peugeot had inherited from Talbot in England. Production of the Solenza was ceased in 2005 after the introduction of the Dacia Logan.

Solenza was developed in 5 versions depending on its features: Europa, Confort, Rapsodie, Clima and Scala. The top version was Scala which included airbag for driver, air conditioning, power steering, aluminium wheels, CD player and many other features known for the first time on a Dacia car. The car shared engines, gearbox and several interior parts with the second-generation Renault Clio. It was offered with a 1,4-litre petrol and a 1,9-litre diesel engines.
