Countess Leonore of Orange-Nassau, Jonkvrouwe van Amsberg (born 3 June 2006 in Bronovo hospital in The Hague), is the third child of Prince Constantijn and Princess Laurentien of the Netherlands. Countess Leonore weighed 3030 grams (6.6 lb), and was 48 cm (18.9 in) long.

By Royal Decree of 11 May 2001, nr. 227 is determined that all children of Prince Constantijn of the Netherlands will bear the title of Count (Countess) of Orange-Nassau and the predicate Jonkvrouwe van Amsberg, and have the surname Van Oranje-Nassau van Amsberg. The titles are hereditary in male lineage.

Countess Leonore has an older sister, Eloise, and an older brother Claus-Casimir. Countess Leonore was baptised on October 8, 2006, like her elder siblings, in the chapel of Het Loo Palace in Apeldoorn. She is a granddaughter of Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands and her late husband, Prince Claus. Her godparents are Princess Máxima of the Netherlands, Marius Brinkhorst (brother of Princess Laurentien), Juliana Guillermo (cousin of Prince Constantijn) and Count Jean-Charles Ullens de Schooten.

Countess Leonore van Orange-Nassau van Amsberg is currently eighth in line to the Dutch throne.
