Corellian

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The word Corellian most often refers to a person from the fictional Star Wars planet of Corellia, but may also refer to an inhabitant of Corellian System, which includes the planets Corellia, Drall, Selonia, Talus, and Tralus. To label all inhabitants of the system Corellians is somewhat erroneous; Selonians and Drall are distinct races of that system, and inhabitants of Talus and Tralus, while mostly human, have many cultural differences from inhabitants of the planet Corellia. The most notable of these are marraige laws, bordering on xenophobia, that one cannot marry outside the Corellian system, or they will be banished. During the Clone Wars, these laws began to be held in less esteem, and no mention of them is made in the Star Wars books after the MedStar series. _______________________________________________________________________ References:
