Conrad Nicholson Hilton, Jr. (July 6, 1926February 5, 1969), known as "Nicky," was an American socialite and heir of the Hilton Hotel chain, a business executive and TWA director.

He was born in Dallas, Texas, the eldest son of Conrad Nicholson Hilton and Mary Adelaide Barron. His father founded Hilton Hotels. His brothers are William Barron Hilton and Eric Michael Hilton. He also has a younger half-sister, Constance Francesca Hilton, whose mother is Zsa Zsa Gabor. The celebrity sisters and heiresses, Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton, are his great nieces, the latter sharing his nickname.

Hilton was married twice, once to actress Elizabeth Taylor (married May 6, 1950-divorced 1951) and later to oil heiress Patricia "Trish" McClintock (married November 26, 1958-divorced 1965). He and McClintock had two children, Conrad Nicholson Hilton, III (born January 29, 1960) and Michael Otis Hilton (born June 12, 1961).

Nicky Hilton was reportedly a heavy drinker and died at age 42 of a heart attack in West Los Angeles, California. He is interred in Holy Cross Cemetery, Culver City. Conrad's Cousin William Hilton, whom also died from Heavy Drinking, has two daughters Georgia Elizabeth HIlton and Suzanne Hilton. Suzanne is a professor in Musicology and Georgia Hilton is an well know film editor in New York City.
