Clarion University of Pennsylvania is a liberal arts university in Clarion, Pennsylvania, and one of fourteen universities of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE).

About 80% of Clarion University undergraduate students receive some type of financial assistance.
The University maintains a regional campus, Venango Campus in Oil City, and a site in Pittsburgh at West Penn Hospital. Clarion also offers an extended studies program featuring online courses, remote sites, and various hybrid learning situations.
