Chris Breach
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Chris Breach (born April 19, 1986 in Brighton) is a professional footballer who currently plays for Brighton & Hove Albion.
Breach was awarded a contract with the Albion in the summer of 2005 after impressing the previous season in the Youth Team.
However, Breach has yet to feature in the first-team for the Albion, partly due to the player frequently being injured. Breach spent time on loan at Bognor in the 2005/06 season.
On the 1st of December 2006, Breach once again rejoined Bognor, this time on an initial one-month loan, Breach then had this agreement extended until the 6th of March 2007. On this date, Breach returned to the Seagulls, and appeared the following day in a reserve team match against Southampton.
Breach's contract is due to expire at the end of June 2007 and it has been widely suggested that he will be released from the club after failing to make a single first-team appearance.
Breach is as a versatile defender, being able to play at right-back, centre-back and left back.
