Chippington "Chip" Skylark III (voiced by Chris Kirkpatrick of *NSYNC), is a fictional pop star from the Nickelodeon animated television series The Fairly OddParents. His birthday is the day before Timmy Turner's birthday and has very shiny teeth which are famous throughout the world of humans and fairies alike, as the tooth fairy said he was her masterpiece (though Timmy's teeth are also famous, or infamous, among fairies). He was once almost forced to marry Vicky but Vicky dumped him when she found out that he was not as rich as she had once thought. Chip Skylark has sung three full-length songs throughout the series, namely My Shiny Teeth and Me (Shiny Teeth), a song about his own teeth, Icky Vicky (Boys in the Band), a song about how bad Vicky is, and Find Your Voice (Chip off the Old Chip), a song about finding your own voice. Timmy's father, Timmy, and Cosmo seem to be the only non-females that like Chip Skylark. He traded voices with Timmy in one episode. He is left-handed and looks somewhat like another Nickelodeon character: Danny Fenton (with a goatee). According to Timmy's grandfather, Pappy, the original Chip Skylark was a famous crooner back in the 1920s, and the pop singer who is usually shown in the series is his grandson.

Chip Skylark's short-lived rival was Skip Sparkypants (also voiced by Kirkpatrick), who had sparkly pants and briefs as opposed to Chip Skylark's shiny teeth. He is known for always ending every clause that he says with "Word". He was quickly ruined after Cosmo and Wanda stole both his sparkly pants and briefs.

Mostley Chip Skylark made a surprise cameo in Future Lost as a holagram. He was singing My Shiny Teeth and Me but when Timmy press the button snooze Chip Skylark was in Sleep Mode and then he just disappears.
