C True Hollywood Stories is the third full-length album by the rapper Canibus. It was released through Archives Music on November 13, 2001. It is the third album he officially released but technically, it is Bis' fourth album, as Mind Control, which was recorded before CTHS was supposed to be released in 2001 on Gladiator Music, but Bis left the label so it was never released; it was eventually released in 2005 to complete the contractual agreement Bis had with Gladiator.

CTHS is Bis' first release on an independent record label (his first two albums, Can-I-Bus? and 2000 B.C. were both released on Universal Records). The album was based off of (and named after) the television show E! True Hollywood Stories of the E! Television network. It was a controversial release due to the album's overall concept, which many fans believe was to satirize the hip-hop industry. Despite the clever concept, due to the more mainstream-based tracks and the out-of-place production by the underground producers, it is commonly looked at as Bis' worst album.
