The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), School of Law is the law school of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. It is the youngest of the three law schools in Hong Kong.

Founded in 2005, CUHK School of Law is one of three law schools within HKSAR. The CUHK School of Law admitted its first batch of LLB students in 2006. The postgraduate programmes, JD, LLM, MPhil and PhD also received their first cohorts of students in Sept, 2006. The PCLL programme starts in 2008.
The school offers the LLB degree as well as several other postgraduate programs.
Juris Doctor (JD) is available, as well as a JD/MBA joint degree program.
The school also offers several Master of Laws (LL.M.) law programs in Chinese business law, common law, international economic law.
Programs of master of philosophy of law (MPhil) and doctor of philosophy of law (PhD) are also available at the school.
Chairman of the Planning Committee for the School of Law is the Honourable Sir Ti Liang Yang, GBM, former Chief Justice of Hong Kong. The Director of the School of Law is Professor Mike McConville.
All CUHK's LL.B students have undergraduate classes at CUHK's main campus. All CUHK's LL.B students have classes at CUHK's Shatin main campus. The law library is located at the 4th floor of the University Library.
The graduate-level law classes for the JD, LLM, M.phil and Ph.D-in-laws are located at the Graduate Law Centre (GLC), situated in the Bank of America Tower, Admiralty, which is the business district of Hong Kong. The graduate law center is in walking distance to the Hong Kong High Court, and numerous law firms are also situated nearby.
According to a press release of the law school, "In the initial three years, the School of Law will share the space with CUHK's School of Continuing and Professional Studies," this includes various seminars and programs belonging to the School of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
