Blog 27 is a Polish pop/dance group consisting of teenager Tola Szlagowska and four musicians and two dancers.

Blog27 debuted while Tola Szlagowska and Alicja Boratyn (Ala) were 13 years old in the summer of 2005 with a cover version of Alexia's hit "Uh La La La"; it became one of the biggest Polish hits of the season. Their second single "Hey Boy (Get Your Ass Up)" was released later the same year and the album LOL sold over 100,000 copies and peaked at #1 in Poland, becoming double platinum. Their singles also made it to the top 3 on the Polish charts; the most successful was "Wid Out Ya", which made it four times to #1. In early 2006 Blog 27 went on tour with Tokio Hotel, released three singles in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, and one ("Uh La La La") in France, Italy, Hungary and Japan. Five singles were released in Poland: "Uh La La La", "Hey Boy", "Wid Out Ya", "I Still Don't Know Ya" and "Who I Am".

On October 18, 2006, Alicja announced her departure from Blog 27. Blog 27 consists currently of: Tola (vocalist), Janek Szlagowski (drummer), Alek (guitarist), Adam (keyboard), Justin (bass), Maria Foryś and Sylwia Dymek (dancers).

  • In May 2006, in Italy, a new TV commercial of Fiat, the most popular car maker in Italy, featured Blog 27's "Uh La La La". "Fiat chose this song because it is happy and youthful," said Simona Lizoli, manager of Italian Melodica Records.
  • On November, 2006 Blog 27 won MTV EMA
  • On January, 2007 they won EBBA and concert at midem
  • In Japan, they managed the number 18 place on National Airplay Charts with the debut single
  • During their 3 month tour of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, they had about 25 concerts, 10.000 - 15.000 of audience each concert.
  • In USA, Senior Editior, (Chuck Eddy) of Billboard magazine chose Blog27 "Hey Boy (Get Your Ass Up)" as one of 5 best singles of the year

  • Both Tola and Alicja were born on November 27, 1992.
  • The group's name comes from their interest in blogging and the date they were both born.
  • Before Alicja announced that she would leave Blog 27, Alicja and Tola had a misunderstanding in their friendship.
