Bi-Polar is the fifth studio album by Vanilla Ice. Released under the nickname "V-Ice", the album is referred to as a "double CD packaged as one",[1][2] the first album, titled Skabz,[2][3] consists of alternative metal/rap metal songs, and the second album, titled Bomb tha System,[3] consists of hip hop music. Skabz features appearances from heavy metal music figures such as Josh "Gnar" Brainard, Roy Mayorga, and Billy Milano.
