Ayan Panja

Ayan Panja (b. June 1973, Rochford, Essex) is a British Asian media doctor.

He is the senior partner in a medical practice in Haringey, North London. After attending school at Brighton College, he took a medical degree at the Imperial College School of Medicine. His particular interest is in increasing public awareness of health issues and he does this through writing, radio and television.

He has written two books, the first entitled An Essential Medical Miscellany which is a collection of facts, figures and anecdotes about medicine.

He is currently a presenter on Street Doctor, a prime time medical reality TV series on BBC One. He is married and lives in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
