Ardboe (Irish: Ard Bó), is a small village in the north east of County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. The boundaries of the parish run the length of a small section of Lough Neagh and border the neighbouring parishes of Ballinderry and Coalisland. It also serves the local towns of Cookstown, Dungannon and Magherafelt all being within 10-12 miles of its location on the Loughshore.

It is well known for its Christian history and artifacts, particularly the monastery and High Cross, ie Ardboe Auld Cross and St. Colman's monastry (Seanchrois Ard Bó agus Ministir Naomh Colmán) which hug the shores of the Lough.

Ardboe is the site of Ardboe Auld Cross and St. Colman's Monastry (Seanchrois Ard Bó agus Ministir Naomh Colmán). In the 6th century AD, the monastery was built by St. Colman (Colmán Mac Aed). The monastery was destroyed in 1166 by a subsequent Viking invasion. The plundering which followed destroyed the monastery, with almost all the monks known being killed. However, there are rumours that an underground cave network existed, which allowed movement from the site of the monastery to the Cave Hill area of Ardboe. Today, the High Cross is the only remaining part of the monastery. The adjoining graveyard was the sight of a tree, known locally as the Ardboe Pin Tree, in which people had traditionally put coins or pins into, believing it to cure them of ailments. The tree was blown down during the St. Stephen's Day storms of 1998.

Gaelic football is the main sport of the area, with Ardboe O'Donnovan Rossa GAC (Ard Bó Uí Dhonabhain Rossa CLG) being the local club.
