Andorra is a neighborhood in Northwest Philadelphia, which is a section of the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Andorra is sometimes considered to be a part of Roxborough. It borders Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Although within city limits, Andorra looks more similar to suburban Montgomery County than it does to most Philadelphia city neighborhoods. It was developed much later than most of the city and has stereotypically suburban characteristics such as strip mall shopping centers, buildings set back from the street, predominance of newer detached homes, and apartment buildings on large lots with ample off-street parking.

There is a large strip mall in Andorra named Andorra Shopping Center, which has an Acme Market, McDonald's, Applebee's, Quiznos, Coldstone Creamery, Argento’s Pizza and Spaghetti House, King Palace Chinese Restaurant, Radio Shack, Wine and Spirits Store, Beer Distributor, Staples, Kohl's Department Store, LA Fitness, a hair salon, 3 banks, car wash, Free Library of Philadelphia branch, and more.
