“A Hundred Yards Over the Rim” is an episode of the American television anthology series The Twilight Zone.

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

A small wagon party, heading to California in 1847, realizes one of its members (Cliff Robertson) must search to try to find medicine to save his dying son, only to stumble through time, into modern-day New Mexico. He is stunned by seeing powerlines, roads, and a large truck. He gets some medicine from friendly, curious people at a gas stop, gets in trouble with the law, and narrowly escapes back over the rim, back to his party, his son, and his time.
