1 Pro Wrestling (or 1PW) is a British professional wrestling promotion based in Doncaster. It was originally run by a leading UK wrestling store, 1 Up Games (now out of business) and is chaired by Steven Gauntley.

On May 1st 2007, 1PW announced that they have officially opened the 1PW Academy, a training facility for people who wish to become professional wrestlers. Located in Doncaster, 1PW Academy’s Head Trainers are Keith Myatt and Tommy Boyce, special guest trainers include: Darren Burridge, Nigel McGuinness, Ruffneck, Sterling James Keenan.

Other guest trainers also come to teach the trainees, such as Darren Burridge, Nigel Mcguiness, Iceman, Sterling James Keenan, Roughneck and Southern Comfort.
