TL 9000

TL 9000 is a Quality Management System(QMS) developed by the QuEST Forum to meet the quality requirements of the worldwide telecommunications industry.

  1. To define system requirements for the design, development, production, delivery, installation and maintenance of telecom products and services and providing a measurement system that allows companies to track performance and improve results.
  2. To eliminate the need for multiple quality management standards, which reduces the cost of doing business and ultimately results in better products and services to consumers.
  3. To provide a consistent set of quality expectations to drive efficiency and performance across the global telecom supply chain.
